A Utah state representative is trying to legalize the shooting and outright slaughter of cats and dogs. They don't even have to be feral, really, the killer only need "believe" that the animal was feral. Pretty scary. There is a petition to sign, too, to stop this. What an insane bill and I hope it never ever passes. I am so scared for all those innocent animals in Utah.
