Dora The Explorer Dilute Tortie Cat

Pocket camera photo of Dora (the explorer), a dilute tortie we rescued over a year ago. She was a sick kitten back then. Now she's tame and affectionate - but stuck with the feral cats since no one adopted her.

It happens; there are many many kittens out there looking for homes. More cats than homes, by far. At least being here is something - there's food and occasional petting. It's not the same as having one's own special home but it beats the other alternatives.
