Tabby Cat Gizmo, Survivor

I do not wish to rehash the cat trailer fire of last spring. It is too emotionally painful to think about. Gizmo was one of the cats I was afraid we had lost. But after a long time he turned up again, and I'm grateful.

Gizmo is a sweet boy. He's very shy and timid yet he likes people and will allow himself to be petted by those with whom he is familiar. I'm sorry he had to go through such a traumatic situation, and that he lost the only "home" he'd ever known. But at least he's still here.
