Black Cat Day

I think Black Cat Day is something that actually exists, invented by some cat-lover or another. And it's not today... except here. This pretty black feral tom sat still long enough to get his photo taken, and considering how the weather has hampered photography, that's good enough for Black Cat day here at the feral cat rescue project.

Personally, I think it's weird that some people hate black cats. We have a few and they're all smart, intelligent and friendly creatures. It's like how some people really don't like torties, but with an additional falsely-created religious stigma, I guess. Well, I'm here to say that there's nothing wrong with black cats. I'm sticking with that...

    I love them! I have three here all blacks--Jade, Smolder and Arrow. they are all gorgeous with lovable personalities.

    dood...black cats rock...plane & simpull....all wayz haz....all wayz will....black cat day in de states iz august 17th N then again in de UK on October 27th...sew we hope chriss can cap sure yur fotoz again round thoz times !!!! waves two de crew, we hope all iz well ♥♥♥
