Feral Cats Eat Pizza

So what happened was, Bob and Judy went to lunch at one of the Tillamook pizza places. Maybe Pizza Hut? Not sure.... so anyway, there was leftover pizza, which Bob insisted Judy bring home to me.  Which is very sweet. This was beef pizza, though, and I don't eat meat. I also don't like to waste food. What to do?

Well, beef is beef, maybe the feral cats would like to try it? Who knows?  Turns out, yes. Beef, cheese, whatever. Feral cats are always hungry.

It was rather popular, actually. I was surprised. Now, of course, they didn't eat ALL of the pizza. The crust, for instance... but raccoons and possums showed up later to take care of that. So all in all, it was a successful experiment and nothing went to waste.

    I bet they did like it. I went to supper with some folks who are visiting from Nebraska. One had sausage, and didn't eat it all. I asked if he could wrap it in a napkin to give to the cats at a colony I was trapping. We were going to stop by. But I forgot to give it to them. Rather than waste it, I put it out for my cats. They've been playing with the pieces all morning. Some they eat, most they are batting around, like its prey.

    pizza !!!!!! two bad it dinna haz perch on it....nothin better N perch pizza... tho frank lee we haz never HAD perch pizza.......just in R dreemz~~~~~~~ waves two everee one; heerz two a grate week a head....N tell chriss R calendars shuld bee heer two morrow.....we canna wait ta see who all got featured !!! ♥♥♥
